Harry worked at his family's construction company as a young man. He started out as a child putting brochures together, ran the blueprint machine, dabbled at drafting, did a lot of sweeping and clean up, then as a teenager, graduated to the carpentry crews. He learned about the construction of a building from the ground up. He later received his degree from the University of Miami. After graduating from college he set out to obtain his General Contractors License. He entered the building industry in South Florida and began to build single-family homes in Coral Springs. Soon he was building in various sub divisions all over Broward and Palm Beach Counties. He originally became involved in the remodeling industry in the early 1980's during a housing slowdown. Noticing that the housing industry was consolidating into large companies and finding that he enjoyed the challenges of remodeling, he decided to continue pursuing that segment of the construction market.

Stuart also worked at his family's construction company as a young man. However, as much as he liked the smell of sawdust and the destruction he could dispense while wielding a hammer, the lure of the road and his love of music took him another direction. He has an extensive background in the production of events, which gives him a unique perspective on the production of a job. Years in the entertainment industry have taught him how to find anything, at any time, under any circumstance, which makes keeping a job on track a snap. Also, Stuart has the ability to spot a problem before it happens and is able to make adjustments quickly and professionally in order to keep things running smoothly. Stuart's negotiation skills and sales ability make him a great asset to the company.

Susan had been employed at a local cabinet manufacturer as the liaison between the builders, contractors and interior designers and their clients. She coordinated cabinet and countertop styles, colors, and sizes. Stuart met her while looking at cabinets for one of H.M.P. Builders Inc. jobs. Recognizing that Susan had more to offer than was being utilized in her current position she was offered a job at H.M.P. Builders Inc. Over the past seven years Susan has become an integral part of the company and a key component in the fine art of customer relations. Her upbeat personality enables her to keep the customers happy and form a personal bond with them. Additionally, as the office manager, Susan keeps the office running from day to day with her ability to don the many hats necessary in the fast paced remodeling business. Her knowledge of the construction industry is ever expanding and she is now a vital part of the H.M.P. Builders, Inc. family.
